Are there different packages?
No. There is one Service Suite with the complete standard feature set. Every user gets the same suite, and no functionality sits behind a more expensive plan.
What does it cost per user?
€50 per user per month on annual billing, or €75 per user per month on monthly billing with a twelve-month contract. All prices exclude VAT.
Is there a minimum number of users?
Yes, a subscription bills a minimum of two users.
What does implementation cost?
Implementation starts from €950 and is quoted separately. The final cost depends on your workflows, migration, integrations and configuration requirements. For large, complex programmes it can reach €25,000 or more.
Can I add users later?
Yes, at any time. New users are charged pro rata from the moment they are activated.
