How does per-user pricing work?
You pay per user per month, with a minimum of 2 users. Office users and techniekers count as users; customer portal users are free and unlimited.
Why a minimum of 2 users?
Service Suite is built on collaboration between office and field. From 2 users the platform delivers value immediately; below that the benefit is limited.
Are all prices excluding VAT?
Yes. Every price on this page is per user per month, in euro, excluding VAT.
What is the difference between Basic and Pro?
Basic covers the complete daily service operation: planning, mobile app, customers, assets, stock and invoicing. Pro adds the commercial and intelligent modules: CRM, Klantdossier 360°, maintenance contracts, route optimisation, AI reports, automation, integrations and financial analytics.
Can I add or remove users later?
Yes. You adjust the number of users whenever your team changes, keeping the 2-user minimum.
Are customer portal users free?
Yes, customer portal users are free and unlimited on every plan.
Can I add a single module without moving to Pro?
Yes. Modules such as Parts Readiness, warehouse maps, AI reports or Finance Analytics can be added separately to Basic. If a module is already part of Pro, it is never charged twice there.
What happens when a higher plan becomes cheaper?
Our configurator detects it automatically: if separate modules together cost more than Pro, we recommend Pro and show you what you save.
How does annual billing work?
With annual billing you get two months free: you pay ten months for a full year. The 2-user minimum still applies.
Are implementation and training mandatory?
No. Implementation, migration, configuration and training are optional and quoted for your specific situation.
Is my data hosted in Europe?
Yes. Service Suite runs on European infrastructure, built on Odoo 18 Community.
When should I choose Enterprise / White-label?
When you run several legal entities, want to offer the platform under your own brand, need a dedicated environment with an SLA, or serve customers as a partner.
